Objective of the meeting – Appointments
- We provide both in person and telephone appointments. Many of our elderly patients do not use the internet and find it difficult to access online services to book an appointment, so we aim to accommodate their needs accordingly.
2. E-consult form. Several patients have expressed concerns regarding the length of the E-consult form.
3. Practice offers translation services for patients with limited English proficiency. As using the service over the phone may be challenging, we also offer in person appointments to ensure better communication.
4. Patients are satisfied with the care provided. All patients present at the meeting confirmed that our practice offers better care than their friends’ GP practices.
5. We discussed ways to improve patient experience, by promoting the use of additional services, such as self-referral for MSK (physiotherapy) or the Pharmacy First scheme. We will enhance the promotion of these services within the Practice and on our website.

7. The date of the next meeting will be arranged in due course.
